use torque wrench. get someone ~220 pounds to stand one foot away from the nut on the torque wrench.
Torque=Radius*Force*sin(theta)
aka 1 foot away at 90 degrees from the socket creates 220 ft-lbs of force or 2 feet with 110 lbs...ect
just make sure the wrench and breaker bar are at 90 degrees off the vertical
or a torque wrench works too ha
